Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscription Overview Roxy & Lola offers a bi-monthly subscription box (the PIERCED box) that delivers curated earrings on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Roxy & Lola to charge your payment method on a recurring schedule until you cancel.

Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your account and managing your subscription settings

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next renewal date.

Billing & Renewals Subscriptions renew automatically on a bi-monthly basis. Your payment method on file will be charged at the then-current subscription rate.

Refunds Subscription boxes that have already shipped are non-refundable.

Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will attempt to recharge your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until updated billing information is provided.
