Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (holidays, new collection launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — All shipping is based on weight starting at $5.50 for all order up to 1 pound
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Subscription Orders (PIERCED Box) Subscription boxes ship on a set schedule. You'll receive an email notification before your box ships. Subscription orders are fulfilled from our 3PL partner and cannot be combined with other orders.
Show & Event Purchases Items purchased at in-person events are available for immediate pickup at the show.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at through our contact page within 3 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that are delivered to the wrong address by the shipping provider.
