Pierced is an earring subscription box. For simply $18 every 2 months (including shipping), you will enjoy an exclusive pair of Roxy & Lola earrings curated just for you.

How do I join Pierced?

Step 2: Fill out the required Style Profile and follow checkout instructions

No, that’s part of the surprise! But we aren’t doing this without a bit of your help. When you sign up, you’ll fill out a Style Profile to help us find just the right pair for you.

All bi-monthly subscriptions to Pierced will be charged when you join, and every 60 days thereafter from the date you joined.
All Pierced subscription earrings are shipped during the following months: February, April, June, August, October, and December.
All Pierced shipments will be sent out within 7 business days from the date your card is charged, however, if you join Pierced during a non-shipment month, you will receive your first shipment the following month (for example, if you join on March 1st, you will receive your first pair of earrings in April).

We cannot offer any returns or exchanges on Pierced items at this time. If you aren’t in love with a pair of earrings, we encourage you to share them with a friend, coworker, teacher, nurse, or anyone who will appreciate them. We also recommend adjusting your specific requests in your Style Profile so we can get it right the next time!

Sign in to your customer account, and click My Account > Subscriptions, and then choose Pierced. Here you will be able to view the following subscription details:
- The next order date
- Product price (excludes tax)
- Subscription frequency
- Order history
- Saved billing and shipping informationTo update your payment and billing address, click Payment Method > Add New Payment Method
To change the shipping address associated with your Pierced subscription at any time, please contact Erica Schrock at erica@roxyandlola.com.

Look at you sharing the love! One month—or an entire subscription—can definitely be sent to a different person and address as a gift!
If you join Pierced for yourself but want to send one of your shipments as a gift:
- Send an email to Erica Schrock at erica@roxyandlola.com by the 1st of the month.
- Include the recipient’s name, shipping address, and info about their style to help us pick a pair just right for them.If you want to gift an entire yearly Pierced subscription:
- Fill out the Pierced Style Profile with answers that describe the recipient.
- Make sure to complete the form with their name and shipping information. -
Getting a new pair of earrings is awesome, but maybe you’re feeling it’s too much of a good thing. That’s okay! You are allowed to skip one shipment here or there, but not two or more in a row. However, please note: shipments cannot be delayed to specific dates, all payments are processed between the 1st and 15th of the month, and shipments are sent out on the 15th. (Psst, instead of skipping a shipment, you can always send a month’s shipment as a gift for your family, friends, coworkers, teachers, etc.)
To skip your next Pierced shipment, email Erica Schrock at erica@roxyandlola.com by the 10th of the month before to ensure the following month’s shipment is held until the next round of Pierced shipments. (For example, if you wish to skip February’s shipment, send the email by January 10th.)

We know that long-term commitments aren’t for everyone. We have made it simple to cancel at any time after your first two shipments – no fees or hurt feelings included! Please note that if you choose to cancel your subscription between the 1st and 15th of the month when your card is charged, you will still receive that month’s Pierced shipment.
To cancel your Pierced subscription, follow these steps:
-Sign in to your customer account and click on Subscriptions to choose Pierced.
- Scroll down to Cancel
